Childrens Ministry

Purpose

Here at the Lone Oak Church of Christ we believe our children our active participants in God’s Kingdom. Our goal is to help bridge the gap our kids will encounter from each stage of development with Christ at the center.

Mission Statement

We will strive to lead our children into a growing relationship with Christ by creating environments in which children are encouraged to pursue friendship with God, make friends with good people, understand their God-given gifts and begin to use them, and positively affect their friends who do not know Jesus.

Birth Through Fifth Grade

Nursery

Lone Oak Church provides an attended nursery service for children birth to age 35 months during 10:00 worship services in the Nursery. There is also a training room available at the rear of the auditorium (on the east side) where parents may take their babies if they wish to remain with them during services.

Bible Class

Our children’s Bible classes start at birth to age 4 in Area C, and Kindergarten- 5th grade in Area C (New wing).
